HEATING
AND TIMES
Complete
uniformity of heating at all points of the chamber.
Thanks to forced convention, heating times are cut by up to
50% in some cases.
ENERGY SAVING
The
heating elements are switched on for about one third of the
time during the heating operation.
The working temperature is set, regulated and maintained by
an Electronic Digital Temperature control, dual scale,
with SMART function (for dynamic self-tuning of control parameters).
Heating, by armoured electrical resistances, in stainless steel.
A special shield exclusive to us, combined with a fan of special
design suitable for hot air, move the hot air inside the oven
by FORCED CONVECTION. The result is optimisation of interior
temperature, greater depth of the surface enriched layer and
saving in energy.
The shield also prevents radiation from the electrical resistances
reaching the materials being treated.
Oven
construction: double wall.
Materials
support grid, suitable for free circulation of moving
air.
Insulation
thickness: 80 mm of special rock wool.
Single
block structure, obtained from square section, Loading floor
600 mm from ground (excluding Mod. MPS/160) to ease the
operator's work.
Oven
interior completely free. No operator can act on electrical
resistances or on the fan blades, making for COMPLETE SAFETY.
There is an adjustable roof passage to allow the escape of moisture
or gas.
The
inside of the oven and the grids are painted with 99.5% pure
aluminium, rust-resistant, resistant to high temperature (the
grids are extractable).
To
meet differing requirements and to cut costs, we have different
CONTROL PANELS all to IP/55, with a SAFETY BREAKER and a transformer
incorporated for 24 V auxiliaries. Microswitch on the door.
When this open the oven switched off.
EXTRA. We can supply a 300x300 mm extraction hood, height adjustable,
fitted with a centrifugal fan stainless steel impeller, special
for hot air and gas.
